Booking / Rescheduling / cancellation
We love our customers! We respect your time and we expect you to respect our time.
As a customer, you are required to add a payment card to complete your booking, which will be charged if you violate our cancellation policy. If you want to save your card on file for future payments, you can select Save Card when booking the appointment.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the booked service fee. Please do not be that person. Take control of your booking, or call us if you are having issues with the booking software or would rather speak on the phone.
Refunds
No refunds. If there is an issue with the service, we can reschedule to look at the issue and fix any problems that may be from our work.
Right to refuse service
We reserve the right to refuse service to you if you are rude, disruptive, intoxicated, or threatening. If you refuse to pay for your service. Or, after closing hours, or when we are at capacity. Also, if you have a condition that poses a genuine health risk or you are violating health ordinances, such as bringing a dog or pet into the salon.
